Introduction
------------

  This article contains notes on how to rotate pages from a PDF file.

Using pdftk
-----------

  Rotate page 1 by 90 degrees clockwise:

    $ pdftk in.pdf cat 1E output out.pdf

  Rotate all pages by 90 degrees clockwise:

    $ pdftk in.pdf cat 1-endE output out.pdf

  For other rotations see the man page of pdftk. Here are some
  examples in degrees:

     0   N
     90  E
     180 S
     270 W
    -90  L
    +90  R
    +180 D
